Personalized Psychiatry: Your Path to Wellness

I believe in walking a path of resilience and authenticity. The question that guides my work is, “How can we build lives of clarity and strength while honoring the complex stories we carry?”

I know what it’s like to live through chaos and to carry invisible wounds while striving to move forward. My work blends science-backed psychiatry with movement, lifestyle, and mind-body practices, helping you reconnect with your own strength and create a life that feels aligned and steady, even in the face of challenges. I am here to walk alongside you, sharing what I’ve learned through study and lived experience, and to support you in building a life that is not only functional—but deeply lived.

  • Listen deeply and see the full picture
  • Offer treatment that addresses the root causes, not just the symptoms
  • Consider medication as one tool, not the only tool
  • Integrate mind-body strategies for lasting change
  • Empower you with practical tools for daily life

My Mission and Beliefs

I BELIEVE in treating the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. Lasting change doesn’t come from a single solution, but from showing up consistently and doing the work: breathwork, coping skills, movement, structure, and self-reflection. I believe that every person already holds the potential to feel well—but that potential needs the right conditions to grow.

I built this practice for people like you—people who are strong and accomplished but tired of feeling like something is off. Maybe you’ve been told you’re fine” or bounced from provider to provider without anyone taking the time to connect the dots. I take a different approach. I offer care that’s grounded in science, shaped by experience, and fiercely personal. Whether you’re a high performer burning out, a parent trying to hold it all together, or an athlete whose mind is getting in the way of your body— I SEE YOU.

My work blends integrative psychiatry approaches, including medication management, therapy, movement science, nutritional psychiatry, and tools like breathwork, biofeedback, and mindfulness. I’m here to walk beside you—asking better questions, building structure where there’s chaos, and helping you find balance and clarity, without losing yourself in the process.

My Approach and Treatment Modalities I Use

Healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. That’s why I use a layered, integrative psychiatry approach—combining science-backed psychiatry with lifestyle medicine and mind-body therapies. Every treatment plan is personalized and collaborative. Whether you’re looking to avoid medications, optimize performance, or finally feel like yourself again, my integrative psychiatry approach helps find a path that fits your life and honors your values.

When medication is part of your care, it should never be rushed or routine. I tailor evidence-based prescribing to your unique biology, goals, and sensitivities, ensuring your treatment aligns with your life—not the other way around. When appropriate, I thoughtfully incorporate supplements and botanicals as stand-alone support or to enhance your medication plan naturally.

Therapy-Informed Psychiatry

Sessions go beyond medication management. I integrate therapeutic approaches like CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing, helping you understand your patterns, develop coping skills, and build emotional resilience. This holistic blend of therapy and psychiatry creates space for deeper healing and lasting change.

Lifestyle & Nutrition

Your habits, nutrition, and daily rhythms are the foundation of your mental health. Together, we build sustainable routines around sleep, movement, and stress management while addressing nutritional factors that impact mood, focus, and energy. This is mental health care that respects the mind-body connection.

Mind-Body Tools & Biofeedback

Your body holds valuable insights into your mental wellness. Using breathwork, mindfulness, and biofeedback, you will learn to regulate your nervous system, reduce stress, and reconnect with your body in moments of overwhelm. These tools empower you to build calm, clarity, and emotional balance from within.

My Appointments

I am currently accepting new patients in Texas

I am an out-of-network provider and do not accept insurance at this time. This allows me to offer personalized, unhurried care without the limitations of insurance-driven models. I am happy to provide a superbill upon request, which you may submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
